c. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during coaching sessions and understand that our coaches will also uphold strict confidentiality, except where legally obligated to disclose information.

3. Payment and Fees

a. Payment: Fees for coaching services will be outlined in the agreement between TerraNewellSurvival.com and the client. Payment terms and schedules will be clearly communicated.

b. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies and refund terms will be outlined in the agreement between TerraNewellSurvival.com and the client.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Content Ownership: All content provided by TerraNewellSurvival.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and materials, are the property of Terra NewellSurvival.com and are protected by copyright laws.
